About
AO "Dagneftegaz" Refinery is a oil and gas refinery, subsidiary of Rosneft and controlled, founded and was incorporated in 2003, the company are fully focused in exploration of hydrocarbon deposits, oil and natural gas productions as well as upstream, midstream and downstream activities. The refinery owns a number of licenses approved by the state authorities for geological survey, exploration and production of petroleum materials at oil and gas matured fields within the territory of the Russian Federation and its continental shelf.
The main objective of the refinery, is expanding our hydrocarbon deposits and exploration activities by evaluating and acquiring new licensed sites, seismic exploration, exploration and production drilling with advanced technologies. Since 2015, the refinery reached the level of a 250 – 350 thousand meters of production drilling, which its gave the refinery up to 48 new wells annually. Drilling are carried out both on matured fields and new ones.
Over the course of the years, AO "Dagneftegaz" Refinery has been comprehensively modernizing the refinery, with a total value of over 255 billion rubles. The company is gradually getting rid of obsolete production facilities and introducing modern industrial complexes.
Thanks to the implemented modernizing projects, the company has already reduced its environmental footprints by 70%. The purpose of modernization is to achieve the best international ASTM, REACH and GOST standards for efficient production and environmental safety.

The refinery operates a quality management system that meets the requirements of international standards ISO 9000. From June 2010 – Quality Management System is based on the process approach quality management.

Conducted a technical upgrading of primary oil processing ЭЛОУ-АВТ-2

The refinery re-modernization process begins and implementation of large-scale oil and gas projects using innovative technologies and modern equipment, increasing the resource base, maintaining a favorable environment, rational use of natural resources, strengthening economic stability and developing social infrastructure in the regions of operation.

Petroleum supplies to Asia Pacific countries proved to be the most lucrative business for the company, with faster shipping times, reliable export routes and pipeline deliveries to China and sales in Kozmino and De-Castri ports. Our shipments to Asia Pacific grew by 35% in 2019 comparing to 15% in 2018.
The refinery cooperates with leading international shipping and vessel handler companies to enable faster loading and delivery times, according to the shipping schedule on the contract.
